Beth and Bayard Miller have listed their condominium for sale and Beth has resigned from the board. The VZ Top Board of Directors is greatly appreciative of the time Beth gave to our community, bringing fresh ideas, procedures, and protocols to our board functioning. This involved countless hours of work, organizing and streamlining our procedures as well as putting in place technology and software programs that will ensure the continuity of the board as members come and go.

 

The board has elected Carole Levey as president for the rest of this fiscal year. We are committed to continuing the work begun under Beth’s leadership and hope our efforts will allow VZ Top to continue to be that peaceful sanctuary we all hold so dear. Janice Ridling has agreed to rejoin the board until October to fill in the vacancy. She will be Vice President.

 

Due to the COVID19 pandemic, this is not a typical season but you will still find a friendly, tranquil community when you make your way to VZ Top. We will be setting a date for the Open Board meeting soon, which will follow CDC recommendations for your safety. Our outdoor spaces are being readied for the summer for social distancing gatherings. The 2020 VZ Top Directory is being prepared now and should be distributed by mid-June. In the meantime, current owners’ information and the Rules and Regulations are available on the VZ Top website.
