It’s been a very long, drawn-out process, but work is almost complete in repairing the sinkhole at Building 700. The new concrete wall has been poured between Buildings 700 & 800, as well as the concrete subsurface of the road. On August 25th, the asphalt was laid over the concrete. The remaining work includes installing the drain cover; connecting the drainpipes to run under the building; securing the conduits for electrical wires that service the streetlamps; and a little more clean-up on the Rainwater side of the road. Gonzalo will also add a handrail along the top of the wall to ensure the safety of those parking in that area, as well as establish the parking spaces for Units 705, 706, and 801.
