VZ Top condo owners who are renting their condo must complete this form at least 7 days prior to the first day of the rental. Realtors who manage rentals can complete this form for owners. A condo can only be rented once in a calendar month. Owners and Realtors are responsible for understanding VZ Top rental policies and providing renters with our Rules and Regulations. Rules and Regs for Renters can be downloaded and emailed to or printed for renters (see below).
